RECEPTIONIST

Medical Receptionists 3x positions - St Giles Surgery, SE5
Part Time – various hours - fixed term contracts
Salary £9/hr plus NHS pension  

 
St Giles Surgery is looking for three part time Medical Receptionists. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, calm and compassionate to join our friendly team of receptionists and administrators in a busy GP Practice. The successful candidates will be working across two practices with 11000 patients that share premises and staff within the same location. Previous GP Surgery reception experience, knowledge of EMIS Web and Docman are desirable although full on-job training will be provided where necessary.

The successful candidates must have excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, good keyboard skills and be able to multi-task and prioritise workload in a busy working environment.

You may be asked to cover annual leave for other team members (with payable overtime) therefore flexibility is important to us. Reliable attendance and good timekeeping is very important.

Our surgery hours are 8.00am to 6.30pm (Wednesdays to 8.00pm) so we require candidates who can work within these timeframes.

Part-time Receptionist 1 – 24 hours

Monday 8am - 1pm

Tuesday 8am - 1pm

Wednesday 10am – 3pm

Thursday 8am - 12pm

Friday 1.30pm - 6.30pm  

 

Part Time Receptionist 2 – 24 hours

Monday 8am - 1pm

Tuesday 8am - 1pm

Wednesday 9am – 1pm

Thursday 10am - 4pm

Friday 8am – 1pm

 

Part Time Receptionist 3 – 25 hours

Monday 1.30pm – 6.30pm

Tuesday 1.30pm – 6.30pm

Wednesday 1.30pm - 6.30pm

Thursday 1.30pm – 6.30pm

Friday 1.30pm – 6.30pm
